Operations Supervisor

Job Description

• Setting up and ensuring the smooth running and organization of a Hub operational flow process through effective management to guarantee to pick up or deliver every shipment with the proper timing
• Ensure that the packages update properly on system and have the same status on the Hub daily productivity sheet, ensure the achievement and records are consistently kept across the Hub daily workflow.
• Monitoring delivery man’s performance and the hub members’ salaries, incentive or
• Responsible for monitoring the collected CODs amounts for the delivered packages from the delivery staff and assure that the payment be settled accurately.
• Following up the customer service desk and assure resolving all the assigned tickets and handling the hub related issues within the agreed SLA on a daily basis.
• Following up on the hub members and coaching them to improve and to recognize and achieve their capacities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to learn and work in a multi-culture working
• From 3 -5 years of experience in the same position in ecommerce, express, last mile delivery company
• Fluent English with very good communication skills
• Very good management skills
• Computer literacy with skills on Microsoft Presentation, Excel, Word
• Conflict resolution and problem solving
