Sales Coordinator - Freelance Agents

Job Description

• Ensure efficient and speedy administration of requirement related to freelance agents within the agreed service standards, so as to ensure maximum third party satisfaction and company efficiency , build a strong and efficient relationship with freelance agents.

• Maintain close follow up on all freelance agents requests/complaints to guarantee prompt and regular feedback as required. Follow up and provide Freelance agents regular report ( commission statement - renewal reports - outstanding report, etc.. ) . Assist freelance agents to issue payment, investment letters and tax letters requested by freelance agents for customers .

• Receive all walk in freelance agents in the head office .

• Conduct full screening on the submitted proposals and attached documents according to Allianz standards on daily basis

• Assist freelance agent sales director in any task may be required.

• Fulfill and apply any other tasks requested by Freelance Sales Director.

Job Requirements

• University Degree
• 0-2 years experience in the insurance field

• Microsoft office
