ERP Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Create new master code for all materials and stock in the Warehouse department and ensure each material has a unique code, based on policies set forward by the Warehouse Manager, to avoid duplication and maintain accuracy.
• Train Storekeepers on how to use the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program to upgrade working practices and improve efficiency within the Warehouse department.
• Solve errors that may arise, and provide aid and guidance to Storekeepers regarding any issues that they may face in order to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Determine and set procedures and criteria of reports needed for all new projects to maintain consistency and ensure that all projects fulfill all requirements.
• Extract data from Excel and upload onto new ERP system, and compare data sets to ensure consistency.
• Compare site reports coming from Oracle ERP and Oracle Integrated to ensure data sets match in quantity, total value, and financial records.

• Coordinate between Cost & Planning and Procurement departments and assigned sites to validate received information on stock.
