Security Manager

Job Description

• Develop a comprehensive plan to organize the work in the department.
• Selection, appointment and training of employees in the Security Department.
• Technically and administratively supervising the workers under his management and working on their development, raising their efficiency and training them.
• Training and equipping new cadres by developing a training plan for them and a promotion plan.
• Accounting for all employees in the administration when any errors occur.
• Permanent and continuous traffic to all branches of the company to supervise and ensure the proper progress of work.
• Evaluate all supervisors and employees in the administration and send these reports to human resources.
• Assigning security traffic committees to pass over the company to find out maintenance problems and send them in reports to the maintenance manager and the vice chairman of the board
• Coordination between the security department and all departments concerned with working with the security department (traffic department - warehouse department - sales department).
• Coordinating the weekly schedules of all employees of the administration in all branches.
• Reviewing and analyzing periodic reports received from supervisors and employees in the administration, studying the problems that arise and developing appropriate solutions to them.

Job Requirements

• Military academy or Police academy graduate.
• From 6 to 10 years of security experience
• Ability to lead a team and upgrade performance.
• Proven experience as security manager or similar position
• Teamwork player
