Use the Sales Kit throughout the selling process to ensure that the proper standards of presentation and process are followed

Determine customer needs and requirements for a particular vehicle

Agree with the customer on the type of vehicle required and support the recommendation by emphasizing the benefits of the vehicle

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the business as outlined in the Company s policies and procedures

Maintain a warm, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process
