- The production mechanics trainer performs the following duties and responsibilities within the framework of commitment to professional ethics and the human rights approach in education and training, commitment to the rules regulating work, and providing an atmosphere that achieves justice among trainees.
- Planning lessons at the level of the training program (monthly - weekly - lesson) in light of the training plan
- Teaching the subjects related to his specialization to the trainees according to the teaching hours specified for each subject according to what was stated in the subject's weekly plan.
- Using modern and diverse education and training strategies that fit the stage in which he works, take into account the disparities in the abilities and tendencies of the trainees, and work on developing their thinking and creativity.
- Using education and training activities to develop trainees' higher-order thinking skills and encourage thinking, criticism and creativity.
- Using technology data for contemporary education that is appropriate to the environment and infrastructure of the training center.
- Provides monthly reports on the progress of the training plan and the level of learners in it.
- He conducts periodic examinations for the subject he teaches, and presents its results to the director of the center, explaining the necessary recommendations to improve those results (if any).
- Directing and motivating the trainees towards the curriculum.
- General supervision of trainees in the classroom.
- Supervising the health and safety of trainees, maintaining the workshops during practical training.
- Has a very good knowledge of mathematics and physics concepts with sufficient ability to practice them.
- Has a very good knowledge of English language terminology and sufficient ability to practice it.
- He has a very good knowledge of industrial drawing concepts with sufficient ability to train on them.
- Performing any other work assigned to him and which falls under his responsibility.
