Lighting Sales Manager

Job Description

• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
• Reaching the targets and goals
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company's customer base
• Monitoring the needs of existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through market research
• Help in Recruiting and training sales staff
• Monitoring sales targets for an individual of his team
• Distributing areas to sales representatives
• Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Dealing with some major customer accounts
• Sharing in Collecting customer feedback
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Produce periodically sales report
• Connecting between his team & other teams in the company

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Solid Experience in lighting6-10 years with minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager.
• Leadership skills.
• Communication skills.
• Results oriented.
