- Work with Installation team to ensureproductivity gains and quality outcomes
- Planand coordinate the activities of designated projects to ensure thatproject objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule andbudget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame,funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffingrequirements, and allotment of available resources to variousphases of project
- Responsible for managingcontract value, project change orders, perform forecasting andmanage all cash flow in and out of the project’sbudget
- Establish work plan and staffing foreach phase of project. Develops the project plans and productspecifications within the framework of the company developmentprocess
