Job Description

• Delivering a comprehensive service to inquiring customers
• Possibly delegating certain customer inquiries to specific teams
• Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
• Manage all customers concerns and explanations
• Manage all the events related to our customers in any product line
• Manage the marketing surveys and cooperate with the sales team to submit sales forecasting
• Managing customers’ accounts
• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
• Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets
• Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
• Reporting back on results

Job Requirements

• Medical background is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
