- Processing of Labor & Immigration Employment Visa, Labor Card, Labor Agreement, Cancellation, Visit/Transit Visas.
- Review and process work and residency permits, visit visas, security passes and or other statuary requirements.
- Knowledge of day to day work related to Labor, Immigration, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce etc.
- Following up on all formalities related to residence permits, work permits, transfers, and cancellation in coordination company representatives.
- Manage, control and supervise the administrative tasks. Including, keeping records and attaining all legal requirements of all personnel as stated by the Qatar Authorities.
- Follow-up of the company's transactions and especially with government departments, Immigrations and Labour department.
- Follow-up for company's regular work in Labor Department and ministry of interior.
- Ministry of Business and Trade: Renew, Amend and establish Commercial registers.
- Working with other Ministries, Law offices, Public Sector and Private Companies.
- Permanent coordination with the HR Department of firm on daily basis.
