Senior Architect ( 2D )

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and construction documents.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural plans and drawings with the different scopes (Structural, Electromechanical, … )
• Lead all aspects of the design process
• Ensure proper annotation, formatting and documentation of project files.
• Follow-up with the construction team to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Respond to RFI and the consultant requirements.
• Provide the necessary data to the subcontractors and the different parties involved in a project.

Job Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Architecture.
• Advanced AutoCAD, Revit.
• Photoshop, MS Office.
• Must have experience in architectural projects and knowledge of the local city regulations.
• Demonstrate strong management skills and leadership.
• Excellent User in AutoCAD (2D) and Photoshop.
• Must be aware of the market updates, the available vendors, and materials.
• Architectural or civil engineering background is a must.
