Project Operations Executive

Job Description

• Handling Logistics operations for shipments Air/Ocean, Import & export including all related reports & documentation.
• Handling Logistical operations Air/Ocean/Inland shipments.
• Arranging all shipping documentation reviewing them & aligning with all related DPT.
• Follow up with all related DPT. Shipments status via mail & phone on daily basis.
• Updating clients via E-mail/Phone/Daily reports on daily basis.
• Communicating with suppliers/DPT for shipment’s expenses to issue invoices in timely manner.
• Submit costs & selling rates on control.
• Attending field operations if required.
• Filling Risk assessment, HSE documents & all documents required prior vessel ops at port.
• Observing all subcontractors operations (Transportation companies, Marine surveyor, Shipping line, HSE OPS) & making sure, they are following Method of statements & all requirements requested by client.
• Documentation handling & filing.
• Travelling upon request (Domestic/international) in order to attend field ops or meetings.
• Following with Financial DPT. Invoices & payments.
