- Understands the NGOs projects Applies the security rules at all times Respects and observes staff regulations of the health projects in the Jordan and Performs duties and tasks not covered in this job description and provide support to other departments when required
- The Focal point is responsible of Follow up the medical cases for obtaining the approval according to the project guideline
- Prepare the required physical files for cases management in order to obtain the required approval from donor
- Prepare the required electronic files for cases management in order to obtain the required approval from donor
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to assure documents and process completeness
