Job Description

• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Creating designs for marketing campaigns
• Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
• Manage, create and publish original, high quality content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and social media platforms.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
• Managing all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter , Instagram) from content creation to implementation and engaging constantly with our target audience

Job Requirements

• Must have Experience of 2-4 years as a Social Media Specialist at fashion retail.
• Must have Experienced using graphic designer platforms.
• Experience in designing printouts.
• Good Command in the English language
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong Content creator.
• Creative business thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of social media metrics.
• Able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
