Community Associate Manager

Job Description

• Ensure the overall well-being of the community by conducting checks and assessing common areas regularly.
• Inspects regularly community facilities (swimming pools/courts/lobbies/public areas /etc).
• Ensures subcontractors services community assets in accordance to agreed Service Levels.
• Highlights possible design defects in advance or as and when noted.
• Recommends improvements and cost saving strategies process.
• Ensures the common areas are maintained as per agreed standard.
• Ensures staff and residents in community adheres to Community Rules and Regulations.
• Provides periodic updates in regard of inventory and status.
• Identifying procurement needs of the community.
• Coordinates enforcement of Community Rules and other enforcement policies.
• Use approved systems to log service requests, customer interactions.
• Ensures complaints are responded and resolved as per agreed SLA’s.
• Assist and coordinate community events.
• Prepare regular surveys with residents to assure quality of offered services are met expectations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• From 8 to 10 years in Customer Service
• Preferably 5 years of Experience in the same industry
