Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Description

• Manage projects that impact and involve numerous teams in the organization
• Project planning, technical feasibility study, estimate time, and costs required to complete the project
• Lead design and manufacturing of new machines that serve production, and ensure specifications regarding safety, reliability, stability, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and serviceability
• Manage future production floor layouts to meet planned Productivity
• Excellent DFMA skills (design for manufacturing and assembly)
• Develop technical drawings, bill of material, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, the relation of one part to another, and the relation of various parts to the whole structure or project
• Assessing new product introduction by modifying the existing lines or manufacture new tools and jigs
• Troubleshoots production problems, make minor repairs, adjustments and assist maintenance.
• Manage a team of technicians and follow up on their performance, responsibilities, KPIs, and team workload distribution

Job Requirements

• Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)
• Excellent command of AutoCAD
• 6~8 Years of experience
