Systems Analyst / ERP Application Support

Job Description

• Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business/system requirements
• Support on daily issues regarding ERP system.
• Creating a detailed business analysis that outline problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
• Performing detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications
• Meeting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Supporting developers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle
• Demonstrating the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks to concerned stakeholders
• Developing, analyzing, prioritizing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
• Translating highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Providing the documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Implementing the best practices needed for well-established and developed scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
