• Days off: Friday
• Working Hours: From 9 AM To 6 PM
• We are looking for a professional social media moderator, who should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize it's content, ensuring stable performance of the related KPIs.
• Manage & Moderate social media accounts
• Monitoring and replying comments and questions on social media.
• Replying to direct message on social media.
• Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future content development.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Marketing team.
• Provide constructive feedback.
