Telemarketing Executive

About the Job

• Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
• Proactively follow up leads generated by the account managers.
• identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
• Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
• Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
• Follow up and qualify the generated leads via eMarketing activities.
• Attend monthly meetings with the Corporate Account Managers to update information and discuss any issues
• Lease effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Exceeding the daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
