Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job specific responsibilities:

• Technical installation for complex solution and upgrades.
• Follow up regular upgrades for all software/hardware and applications.
• Installation for all new software and application for external/ internal projects.
• Low level design and Solution documentation for internal and external projects.
• Perform new services POC for internal and external customers.
• Participate in service failover testing.
• Manage and document system configurations.
• Act as the 2nd layer of support for internal / external user’s problems.

Managerial responsibilities:

• Coach and Support team members.
• Prepares different kinds of reports that shows work progress.

Specialization:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent ininformation technology, computer science or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in infrastructure technologies like (Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, System Center, etc.)
• ITIL Foundation, ITIL Operation and ITIL Transition Certificates are a plus.
• Linux – Unix experience is must
• MCITP and/or MCSE Certificate are a must.
• Virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V) Certificates are a plus
• A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
