We are seeking an enthusiastic and goaloriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales department you will play a crucial role in driving business growth developing client relationships and contributing to our overall sales strategy.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that position our company as a market leader
- Develop and maintain customer accounts to increase market share across all revenue streams
- Negotiate rates and packages with corporate clients to maximize profitability
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries maintaining high standards of service and client relationships
- Conduct sales calls to existing and prospective accounts as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Achieve sales targets set by the company and develop highyield accounts according to sales segmentation
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information in the companys sales database
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to foster relationships within the market
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Conduct site inspections and host familiarization visits when required
- Attend regular sales meetings and monthly review sessions to discuss results and strategies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented approach to work
- Highly proactive and determined with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Techsavvy with the capability to adapt to new sales tools and technologies
- Knowledge of the GCC market is preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
