This role acts as a vital connection between the finance department and the internal systems team managing a range of functions to guarantee smooth integration and improvement of financial processes. In your daytoday you will:
Lead and manage financerelated projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery
Understand business needs assess various solutions including TPA and translate them into clear and prioritized requirements for the implementation team
Work closely with both business partners and implementation team for optimal coordination
Identify opportunities for system improvements efficiency gains and user experience enhancements
Implement financial best practices process and automation strategies
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration CPA preferred
Excellent understanding and vast experience of ERP financial processes
Indepth knowledge of finance systems TM1 and Oracle Fusion is an advantage
Strong knowledge of financial principles budgeting and regulations
Strong organizational understanding to ensure alignment of finance and Internal systems objectives excellent communication skills
A high level of English fluency to collaborate with global multicultural teams
