We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales Lady for our Cosmetics Department located in Ain El Remaneh. This role is integral to our stores overall customer satisfaction and business success. An ideal candidate will need to be aware of the importance of cultivating a positive shopping environment through effective promotion and sales of our diverse range of cosmetic items.
Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Sales Lady role is to provide our customers with an unmatched shopping experience by delivering superior customer service knowledgeable product recommendations and using effective sales techniques. Understanding customers preferences and staying current with cosmetics trends will contribute to building customer loyalty increasing repeat business and meeting or exceeding our sales targets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetic items to customers
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on all products
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Understand and incorporate customer preferences in selling strategies
- Stay updated with the latest trends in cosmetics
