We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Director of Sales (Corporate) to lead our corporate sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new corporate clients and maintain existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify pursue and convert new corporate business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
4. Conduct sales calls presentations and site visits to promote the hotels facilities and services.
5. Negotiate and close sales contracts.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
8. Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
9. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
10. Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and brand standards.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on corporate sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with international corporate clients.
2. Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
3. Certification in hospitality sales or a related field.
