الوصف الوظيفي
- Create berth requests using authority website.
- Send the terminals Daily Berthing Report to principles.
- Arrange for import/export IMO approvals.
- Following vessels berthing and sailing.
- Preparing discharge and load lists.
- Contact vessel s master and main office line to prepare vessels berthing and calculate expected time for sailing.
- Preparing discharge and loading lists and submitting them to meant persons.
- Coordinate between terminals.
- Ensure that the received loading plan from the planner is in alliance with the sent booking.
- Prepper and sending the TDR for all meant persons after vessel sailing.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in shipping line agency operations.
Proficient in berth requests vessel scheduling discharge/load lists and IMO approvals.
Strong ability to liaise with vessel masters terminals and main offices.
Familiar with import/export regulations and port authority systems.
Skilled in preparing Daily Berthing Reports and Terminal Departure Reports (TDRs).
Ensuring accurate scheduling and compliance.
Able to handle fastpaced operations and problemsolving
