Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Financial planning and reports
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Estimating and budgeting
• Developing plans and schedules
• Provide status updates to report the status against the plan
• Performing variance analysis
• Measuring success and continuous improvement
• Change control (scope, costs, schedule, benefits)
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• Track and remove impediments.
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
• Coordinate with Team Leader (TL) to allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering and quality team within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Being a contact person for everyone in the team and their stakeholders regarding Agile.
• Ensure all team members turn up promptly to team meetings including stand up, retrospective and planning so that we are not wasting time

Job Requirements

• Microsoft Project Management
• the ability to deliver key milestones
• The ability to earn trust of team, peers, and clients
• Strong character (confidence, working under pressure, team management)
• Perfect in English (speaking and Listening)
• PMP is a plus
• CSM is a plus
