We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PPE Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal protective equipment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with customers showcasing our PPE products and driving sales in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom providing a welcoming environment.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of PPE products including safety gear respiratory protection and other protective equipment.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate PPE solutions based on industry requirements.
- Provide detailed information on product features specifications and compliance standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale system.
- Maintain a wellorganized and visually appealing showroom display.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking products as needed.
- Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends new products and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; background sales.
- Previous sales experience especially in apparel sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pointofsale systems.
