We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry particularly in property consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing deals negotiating contracts and building lasting client relationships. You should possess exceptional communication interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior team members to achieve sales targets and develop their skills. A bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is required and fluency in English is essential. Owning a car is preferred. This role involves engaging with clients conducting market research promoting branded residential properties negotiating transactions and staying updated on real estate market trends.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry with a particular emphasis on property consulting.
- Proven ability to close deals successfully negotiate contracts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to lead and mentor juniors to achieve sales target and develop their skills
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Marketing or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ownership of a car is preferred.
