Job Title: Lubricants Sales Supervisor
Job Summary: Our client located in MaadiRyhanna Residence Cairo is seeking an experienced Lubricants Sales Supervisor. This role focuses on leading a sales team developing and executing effective sales strategies managing customer relationships and achieving targets to promote and expand the lubricants product line.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and growth.
- Supervise motivate and coach a sales team of 4 members to ensure high productivity and effectiveness.
- Identify and secure new customers through proactive market research networking and targeted outreach.
- Manage relationships with key clients ensuring ongoing satisfaction and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and performance.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct market analyses to remain informed of industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team on products sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with new and existing clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards promptly addressing and resolving customer issues.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 58 years of proven experience in lubricants and solvents sales.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in automotive lubricants and solvents industries.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
