About the Client: Our client is a reputable company specializing in automotive lubricants known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking skilled professionals to drive growth in their lubricants segment.

Job Title: Lubricants Sales Supervisor

Job Summary: Our client located in MaadiRyhanna Residence Cairo is seeking an experienced Lubricants Sales Supervisor. This role focuses on leading a sales team developing and executing effective sales strategies managing customer relationships and achieving targets to promote and expand the lubricants product line.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and growth.
  • Supervise motivate and coach a sales team of 4 members to ensure high productivity and effectiveness.
  • Identify and secure new customers through proactive market research networking and targeted outreach.
  • Manage relationships with key clients ensuring ongoing satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and performance.
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports for senior management.
  • Conduct market analyses to remain informed of industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team on products sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards promptly addressing and resolving customer issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • 58 years of proven experience in lubricants and solvents sales.
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in automotive lubricants and solvents industries.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.

Job Conditions:

  • Location: MaadiRyhanna Residence Cairo
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Employment Type: Fulltime Renewable Annual Contract
  • Working Hours: 8 hours daily 21 days off annually
