OUR OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design development and implementation of cuttingedge .NET applications. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and a passion for building scalable highperformance software solutions.
Requirements
YOU WILL
Lead a team of .NET developers in designing developing and maintaining enterpriselevel applications.
Architect and implement scalable secure and highperformance .NET applications using C# ASP Core and related technologies.
Collaborate with product managers business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide technical guidance mentorship and code reviews to ensure highquality deliverables.
Develop and enforce best practices in coding security and application performance optimization.
Integrate thirdparty services and APIs while ensuring seamless system interoperability.
Monitor application performance troubleshoot issues and implement necessary optimizations.
Stay updated with the latest .NET frameworks tools and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies ensuring timely delivery of highquality software solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development methodologies tools and infrastructure.
Benefits
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
8 years of experience in .NET development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in C# ASP Core MVC Web API Entity Framework LINQ and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture RESTful services and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Experience with frontend technologies like Angular React or Vue.js is a plus.
Proficiency in DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced Agile development environment.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit NUnit) and testdriven development (TDD).
Solid understanding of software security best practices and performance optimization.
