Xceler8 Training Center is looking for a remote Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying market needs and developing new training programs. This role focuses on expanding our reach in the Gulf and Africa ensuring our offerings align with industry demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and create new courses and training programs based on market needs.
Supervise marketing and lead generation teams to maximize enrollments.
Identify and connect with training providers and freelance trainers for collaboration.
Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients and educational institutions.
Analyze competitor offerings and suggest improvements for our programs.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development preferably in the training or education sector.
Strong knowledge of market trends in corporate and professional training.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently with a resultsdriven mindset.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience with performancebased incentives.
