As a UX Writer in the Cross Product team youll be working on a suite of products that help users manage their business and their site visitors. In addition youll be working on the latest AI agents that proactively take care of business tasks for users like helping with marketing services and scheduling appointments. Youll take an active part in crafting the user experience by creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint. In your daytoday youll:
Write clear eyelevel and creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice
Conduct extensive product and user research
Own every stage of the content cycle from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy
Collaborate with product managers developers UX designers and other stakeholders across the company
Juggle multiple projects at once meeting tight deadlines
Help with prompt writing and prompt output validation
This is a temporary 6month contract role.
Qualifications :
A nativelevel English speaker and writing professional with relevant web experience
Passionate about writing and UX
A critical thinker with an eye for detail
Tech savvy and up to date on trends in UX and web content
Team player who can give and take feedback constructively
Love a good challenge (or 3!
