الوصف الوظيفي
Conduct scientific research and extract highquality content from reliable sources for educational topics.
Organize summarize and write educational content clearly and accurately in both Arabic and English.
Handle the production of courses ensuring content aligns with learning objectives and Rasheed s quality standards.
Monitor learner progress postenrollment offering support and detailed explanations as needed on the LMS and Website.
Track and document learner interactions using the CRM system to ensure effective followup and engagement.
Manage course documentation and maintain compliance with educational standards.
Requirements
Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear educational content.
Proficient in writing and editing in both Arabic and English at a high linguistic level.
Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate learner records.
Ability to provide exceptional support to learners and address any challenges they may face.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure successful course delivery.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Finance, or a related field.
