We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Director of Talent and Culture to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. In this key leadership role you will be responsible for driving our organizations talent management strategies and fostering a positive inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition retention and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
- Design and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational culture needs and challenges
- Analyze HR metrics and provide datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and strategy
- Oversee the development and implementation of performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in HR management
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Manage relationships with external partners vendors and consultants to support talent and culture initiatives
- Continuously assess and improve HR policies procedures and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR management or talent acquisition with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HR management systems and talent acquisition tools
- Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies and employee engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and regulations
