الوصف الوظيفي
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote travel packages destinations and services.
- Support the development of seasonal promotions offers and special travel deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage the company s social media accounts (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter TikTok etc.) and create engaging content.
- Develop and schedule posts stories and travelrelated promotions to enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance adjusting strategies to maximize engagement.
Market Research & Performance Tracking:
- Conduct market research to understand travel trends competitor strategies and customer preferences.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics social media insights and CRM data.
- Provide reports and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:
- Implement email marketing campaigns to engage past and potential travelers.
- Manage customer databases and segment audiences for targeted marketing.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to promotions and travel experiences.
