About Us

iSkala B2B Lead Accelerator is dedicated to helping clients achieve exceptional results in B2B lead generation. We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to oversee client relationships and manage campaigns ensuring client success through strategic engagement and detailed campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager you ll be the main point of contact for our clients guiding them through their journey with us and ensuring their campaigns reach their full potential:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead clients through the onboarding process set expectations and provide a seamless introduction to our lead generation services.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the setup launch and ongoing progress of client campaigns ensuring they meet established quality standards and timelines.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key campaign metrics and provide clients with regular reports outlining outcomes and recommended adjustments.

  • Client Education and Support: Help clients interpret campaign results and offer insights for enhancing lead quality and conversions.

Client Interaction

You ll be directly involved in client interactions playing a handson role in maintaining positive and productive relationships:

  • Regular Checkins: Conduct scheduled meetings to review campaign progress discuss goals and align on upcoming actions.

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for client concerns addressing any issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams.

  • Strategic Discussions: Provide strategic guidance based on campaign performance data and trends helping clients optimize their outreach efforts.

Campaign Execution

The Account Manager will contribute to campaign strategy and ensure smooth execution:

  • Strategizing with Clients: Collaborate with clients to tailor campaigns to their business goals suggesting adjustments in targeting messaging or other key elements.

  • Optimization Oversight: Work with internal teams to refine campaign elements based on performance metrics such as adjusting outreach strategies or message sequences.

  • Execution Oversight: Oversee daily campaign operations coordinating updates and adjustments as needed.

Skills and Competencies

This role demands a combination of client management analytical and technical skills:

  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and foster positive client relationships.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to guide campaign improvements.

  • Cold Outreach Experience: Previous experience with cold outreach via emails calls or messaging is beneficial.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication to present reports clearly manage client expectations and convey strategic recommendations.

KPIs

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Client Retention Rate: Demonstrates ability to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.

  • Campaign Performance Metrics: Metrics like response rates and conversions that reflect the effectiveness of each campaign.

  • Client Satisfaction Scores: Regular client feedback on overall experience communication quality and campaign results.

  • Upsell/Expansion Opportunities: Instances where clients expand or upgrade services based on your proactive recommendations.
