Were hiring an Operations & Business Development Manager for a fastgrowing shipping & logistics company in Lebanon. If youre a strategic leader who excels at streamlining operations building highperforming teams and driving business growth this opportunity is for you.
The Big Opportunity Deliver results and youll be on the fast track to COO with a higher salary profitsharing and potential equity (up to 10%).

- Optimize Operations Oversee freight management reduce delays and ensure smooth efficient shipments.
- Implement Smart Processes Develop SOPs to standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive Business Growth Strengthen relationships with agents & logistics partners while identifying new revenue streams.
- Build & Lead a HighPerforming Team Recruit train and manage an operations team that thrives in a fastpaced logistics environment.
- Manage Financial Performance Collaborate with leadership to optimize costs boost profitability and achieve key financial targets.
