الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead and manage all welding operations ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Supervise and coordinate welding teams assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Ensure welding quality meets international codes (AWS ASME ISO) and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections NDT testing coordination and resolve any weldingrelated issues.
- Collaborate with engineering QA/QC and site teams to optimize welding processes.
- Maintain strict adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage welding materials equipment and consumables to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Provide training and technical guidance to welders and site teams.
- Prepare reports on welding performance progress and quality compliance.
Qualifications :
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Metallurgy or related field. Certification in welding inspection (AWS CWI CSWIP) is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in welding management preferably in largescale stadium or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working in a Tier 1 construction company is highly preferred.
- GCC experience preferred particularly in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures codes and NDT methods.
- Proficiency in welding software inspection techniques and material specifications.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
