- Manage the drafting process and finalization of USAID YouthPower publications and deliverables, weekly/quarterly/Annual reports and annual work plans.
- Develop and execute communications strategies for the digital engagement tools of USAID YouthPower (Youth Network Portal, and Youth Engage Game Mobile Application) in compliance with the Branding and Marking plan approved by USAID/Jordan.
- Design a variety of written and digital material, and oversee consultants as needed for production, including presentations, technical and educational and training materials, documentaries/movies, and other printed products used by USAID YouthPower team.
- Work with technical teams and partners to identify, draft, produce and communicate written and video youth success stories.
- Identify internal/external communications opportunities and key events and effectively collaborate with all components/stakeholders to define/execute appropriate strategies to support them.
- Manage these events and draft press releases and talking points as needed.
- Liaise with relevant USAID/Jordan departments for development and clearance of scene setters, talking points and press releases according to USAID branding standards.
- Provide guidance and technical support to various components of the program to maintain consistent messaging and unified tone of voice.
