• Support sales team with the technical issues.
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from the products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
• Help sales team to Achieve the monthly and annual sales target by coordinating sales activities responding to all Incoming & outgoing enquiries of the sales department.
• Highlight all technical aspects in the offered product and coordinate with the concerned delegates, within the customer and the company, the issuance of the offers as required.
• Compile all technical details and stay up to date with any updates or improvements of the offers/product she/he is working with
• Contribute to product planning supported by short-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
• Manage product issues and risks, which could lead to potential problems
