( ICT) Assistant

Physical installation of computers, servers, peripherals and network equipment.
• Monitors the ICT systems and networks in defined locations.
• Provides helpdesk service to users in defined locations in the locations.
• Documents ICT configurations and changes in defined locations.
• Organize and monitor SLA s where necessary.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of ICT services, internet connections email etc.
• Ensures compliance with SOS ICT standards.
• Enforces and adheres to defined local ICT policies on email, network and internet usage.
2. Strategic planning, target setting, budgeting
**•Implement ICT strategies, standards, goals and guidelines in Jordan, supervised by NICTM.
**Provides expertise , consultancy to the Village co-workers.
•Guide and support ICT budgeting processes, supports the NICTM in planning and monitoring.
•Help and support to Develop and implement the annual ICT plan.
