Project Sales Executive - Sergas

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultoriented Project Sales Executive to join our team in the oil and gas industry. This role will be based in Dammam Saudi Arabia and offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving sales and business growth for the organization in the region. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector in the Saudi Arabia market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new projects and partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team highlighting key achievements challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on driving business growth and profitability. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decisionmakers. Strong business acumen strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken is essential.
