The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require highcalibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You will manage Cost Consultants to identify and execute opportunities that improve cost management procedures templates and products to enhance services provided to stakeholders.

Job Summary:

Supports projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time cost and quality requirements. Coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.

Youll be responsible for:

• Works with the project team to assist in the delivery of the project objectives in line with the Project Plan.

• Monitors and actively engages in relevant Health Safety and Wellbeing standards aspects of the project at all stages.

• Assists in the preparation and modifications of the project plans and keeps them updated and relevant over the course of the project/s.

• Collaborates with relevant parties/stakeholders and ensures robust quality systems are suitably managed and monitored in line with Service Excellence.

• Attends and records relevant meetings providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis including regular site walks.

• Partners with relevant stakeholders and is actively involved in risk management and mitigation treatments.

• Assists in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within the agreed timeframes.

• Assists in providing handover documentation prior to practical completion.

• Understands the businesses priorities through Construction to Production Digital & Data and responsible business

• Supports the project and programme management team activities relating to external / thirdparty client appointments.

• Conducts research analysis recordkeeping and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information to contribute to delivery of project management operation.

• Identifies solutions to issues that are generally defined (but not always immediately evident) and require problemsolving.

• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Youll need to have:

• Relevant degree qualification you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
