The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixeduse development including sports facilities entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring highcalibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

As a senior construction manager you will be fundamental to the successful delivery and performance of our supply partners. You will work with a dynamic team and need to use all your knowledge and experience in a fastpaced environment to deliver excellence for our client. Youll need to have:

• A degree qualification.

• Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business which are required for immigration and client approval.

• The ability and desire to work in Saudi Arabia

• The ability to adapt and be resilient in a rapid and changeable program.

• Extensive experience of largescale infrastructure ideally including earthworks and highway works.

• The personality to work in a collaborative and integrated environment with multiple teams and nationalities.

Youll also have:

• Ideally experience across contractor and client environments.

• Construction management expertise.

• Developing commercial and financial acumen.

• Experience leading parts of construction projects within large diverse teams.

• Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.

• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
