• Lead the charge in designing building and launching backend services and APIs. We leverage cuttingedge tools like Python Golang Java (with a bonus for Node.js expertise!) across both traditional and serverless environments.
  
• Craft scalable and easytomaintain software solutions perfectly tailored to our clients needs by wielding your mastery of these backend technologies.
  
• Be a mentor and guide for junior engineers sharing your wisdom on modern backend development including the intricacies of serverless architectures.
  
• Team up with frontend developers to seamlessly integrate serverside logic with user interfaces.
  
• Finetune application performance for maximum speed and scalability no matter the deployment environment.
  
• Review code with a keen eye ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards in the backend realm.
  

Are you the perfect fit

• Over 5 years of experience wielding modern backend technologies like Python Golang and Java (but Node.js is a major plus!).
  
• Asynchronous programming and eventdriven architecture You speak their language fluently.
  
• Experience leading and nurturing engineering teams is a badge of honor.
  
• A deep understanding of modern backend frameworks and libraries is a musthave.
  
• You navigate database systems like MongoDB MySQL or PostgreSQL with ease.
  
• Experience with serverless architecture (think AWS Lambda Azure Functions) is a golden ticket.
  
• A knack for problemsolving and a meticulous eye for detail are your superpowers.
  
• Communication and collaboration are your forte you build strong relationships with your fellow engineers.
  
• Excellent communication skills in the English language.
  
• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a similar field is a plus.
