We implement custom solutions for increasingly complex business processes today. Our certified consultants will understand clients requirements in detail and suggest the most suitable applications to help their businesses ease the process and get the best result.

We re looking for an accounts manager to join the Arabian Software team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Should have deep knowhow on the technical and functional sides of the Zoho One application.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  
• Strong project planning & management skills.
  
• Good communication (verbal and written) time management skills being a fast learner being selfmotivated and being comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience in handling client interactions to ensure timely completion of projects.
  
• Lead the Zoho One implementation team across all phases including configuration GAP analysis customization integrations development data migration training and support.
  
• Manage functional consultants to achieve COC targets by providing them with daytoday guidance.
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
  
• Identify potential challenges to the project and communicate with the implementation team and internal leadership appropriately to alleviate risk to the project and ensure it is delivered per the agreed timeline and cost.
  
• Maintain & Update Project management application timely to ensure proper reporting on the current status of the project.
  
• Draft weekly project status reports outlining the progress of current projects milestones and activities completed in the prior week planned but not completed and milestones and activities planned for the current week and report to management.
  
• Help in presales activities including POC and Cx demonstrations.
  
• Be able to excel in idea generation evaluation prioritization customer and partner engagement and crossfunctional technical program management

  • Prefer Zoho implementation experience
    
  • Business/IT Graduates. A finance background will be preferred.
    
  • Language: Good spoken skills in English are a must. The Arabic language will be an advantage
