Our client is a renowned hospital is currently looking for a Senior Nursing Director Outpatient for Saudi Arabia location.
In this role you will be responsible for:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Should have proven track record of leading and managing large teams (around 300 FTEs) in a similar operational environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving high patient satisfaction and engagement scores.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Emphasis on quality care patient satisfaction and staff engagement.
- Experience working in a JCIaccredited hospital.
- Preferably working in a Magnet hospital or experience with Magnet designation processes.
- Ability to implement and oversee policies procedures and best practices in a busy diverse clinical setting.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity you need to meet the following criteria:
- Education Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) AND Master s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration REQUIRED.
- Licensure Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience Minimum of 710 years of experience in nursing management and 1520 years experience in nursing specifically in a busy outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
