Laundry Business Manager - Q laundry

The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the laundry company managing the production teams and ensuring highquality output for all laundry services. This individual should have strong leadership skills the ability to multitask and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the production teams to ensure efficient and effective workflow
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of laundry services
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure output meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promote services
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Keep uptodate with industry trends and technology advancements

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: BD400.000 BD900.000 per month
