As an EntryLevel to MidLevel Data Governance Practitioner you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog and Axon Data Governance. Your daytoday activities will include analyzing data creating data policies and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data governance best practices are followed.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee largescale technology delivery projects for telecommunications providers from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

  • Develop and execute project plans ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Manage project budgets ensuring that resources are utilized effectively.

• Industry Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry staying informed about emerging technologies industry trends and regulatory changes.

  • Indepth understanding of a telecom operator IT landscape

• Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

  • Deeply understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans that deliver measurable results.

  • Proactively manage expectations communicate effectively and resolve issues with diplomacy.

• Team Leadership:

  • Build and nurture a highperforming crossfunctional team fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that empowers excellence.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance developing future leaders within the team.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Optimize resource allocation within a mixed onshore and offshore delivery model for maximum efficiency and costeffectiveness.

  • Implement robust project management methodologies and tools to ensure transparency accountability and control.

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline project delivery and enhance outcomes.

• Capability Building:

  • Contribute to the development of team capabilities by mentoring and providing guidance to team members.

  • Participate in the hiring process to build a highperforming and skilled team.

• Sales Support and Solutioning:

  • Support new sales initiatives by providing technical expertise during client interactions.

  • Contribute to Request for Proposal (RFP) solutioning ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs and industry best practices.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

  • Stay abreast of industry advancements to incorporate innovative approaches into project delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 1215 years of experience leading and delivering complex technology projects preferably within the telecommunications industry.

• Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies trends and regulatory frameworks.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills connecting effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.

• Strong track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships at the executive level.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Thrives in fastpaced dynamic environments and excels under pressure.
