Job Description:

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be a key member of our creative team responsible for leading design projects mentoring junior designers and ensuring the highest quality of visual communication. You will work closely with our marketing product and development teams to create visually compelling materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and design of highquality graphics for digital and print media including websites social media advertising packaging and promotional materials.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop design strategies that meet project goals and deadlines.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies incorporating best practices into your work.

Review and approve design proofs ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Valid QID holder

5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other design software.

Solid understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.

Experience with UI/UX design and web development is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to nondesign stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
